Terms of Service

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the user and JOCOLLA (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for use shall be completed when an applicant for registration applies for registration by the method prescribed by the Company and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal acts
• Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's server or network
• Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information, etc. about other users

Article 4 (Copyright)

Users may only post or edit text, images, videos, and other information using the Service if they own the necessary intellectual property rights such as copyrights themselves or have obtained permission from the necessary rights holders.
