Cheer amount: Chosen by the sender, from 100 to 9,999,999 Japanese yen. Amounts are shown tax included.
Fee we receive: We receive 20% of the cheer as a platform fee. The rest goes to the creator. The payment processing fee charged by Stripe is borne by the creator.
Other costs: Internet connection charges are the customer's responsibility.
Payment method: Credit card, processed by Stripe.
When payment is taken: At the moment the payment is completed.
When the service is provided: Immediately after payment. The creator is notified, which completes the service.
Refunds and cancellations: Because of the nature of a cheer, refunds and cancellations are not available once payment is complete. If a duplicate charge, a system fault, or any other cause attributable to us occurs, we will handle it individually. Please contact us.
Supported browsers: Recent versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

A cheer is sent to support a creator's work. It does not promise anything in return other than the money itself. If you are a minor, please use this service with the consent of a guardian.
