When you hear the words "bluesman teams up with a full orchestra," what kind of scene pops into your head? Most boozers would probably picture "a stray dog in a tuxedo standing out there looking deeply uncomfortable" or "a guitar playing its solo way more politely than usual, totally drowned out by the graceful melodies of the string section." Same here. I firmly believed forcing a bluesman to wear a clip-on bow tie was about as ridiculous as making a tiger eat vegetarian food. Turns out, though, this guy was the exception to the rule.
